Brisa Gonzaga

Psychotherapist

I’m a clinical psychotherapist born in Brazil, I grew up in Rio de Janeiro, with a single mother. From a young age, I learned to be quiet, to observe, to feel everything around me, and that sensitivity stayed with me. In my 20s, I started therapy because I had questions I couldn’t answer on my own, but for years therapy only gave me awareness, not real change. Then, at 31, breast cancer stopped my world. While my body was being treated, I finally discovered a way to truly reach my emotional mind, and everything shifted. Healing became real, deep, and lasting. Today, I help others access that same place within themselves, where true transformation begins.
